The Bavarian Inn rooms are available at the SHFG rate until May 2. No government rate is available at the Bavarian.
Alternative Accommodations in Charles Town, WV
Unfortunately, the Clarion Inn in Shepherdstown is closed for renovation. The closest accommodations offering the government rate are the hotel chains in Charles Town, about a 20 minute drive from the Byrd Center. We do not have a room block at any specific hotel.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
All SHFG annual meeting participants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination to attend any annual meeting events.
